2. What data we process, why, and on what legal basis

This website is a static presentation site: it contains no registration, contact form or newsletter sign-up, and it does not automatically collect personal data for marketing purposes. Personal data may be processed in two cases:

• Server-side logging: the hosting provider serving this website may keep technical logs to ensure operation and IT security, which may include the visitor’s IP address, the time of the visit and the browser type. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of the Controller and the provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: a short period in line with the hosting provider’s logging practice.
• Contacting us: if you reach out to the Controller via the e-mail address or phone number provided, the data you voluntarily share (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number, the content of your message) is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and to any resulting business relationship. Legal basis: your consent and/or steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Retention: until the matter is closed, or as long as the business relationship justifies it.

3. Cookies

This website does not use cookies, does not employ web-analytics tools, and does not carry out any profiling that tracks visitor behaviour.

4. Data processors

The Controller uses a hosting provider to operate the website, which accesses the data stored on the server – including technical logs – only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

5. Data transfers

The Controller does not sell personal data to third parties, does not transfer it for marketing purposes, and does not transfer it to any third country outside the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

In relation to your personal data, you have the following rights:

• access to your data;
• rectification (correction of inaccurate data);
• erasure (the “right to be forgotten”);
• restriction of processing;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
• data portability;
• withdrawal of consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing).

You may submit your request via the Controller’s contact details above; we aim to fulfil it without undue delay, within the time limits set by the GDPR.

7. Remedies

If you believe your rights have been infringed during processing, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority or turn to a court.
